Instructions
Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and spinach shoots and cook for 10 minutes, stirring well.
Add salt and pepper and mix well. Remove from heat. And add the ricotta
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface and cut it in half.
Spread the tomato paste on the pastry discs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Spread the spinach mixture.
Close the calzone by folding one edge of the dough over the other and sealing the edges with your fingers.
Bake the calzones for 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and salad.
