Vegetarian calzone

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pizza dough
  • 200 g spinach shoots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g de parmesan râpé
  • 6 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 200 g Ricotta

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the garlic.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and spinach shoots and cook for 10 minutes, stirring well.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix well. Remove from heat. And add the ricotta
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface and cut it in half.
  • Spread the tomato paste on the pastry discs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  • Spread the spinach mixture.
  • Close the calzone by folding one edge of the dough over the other and sealing the edges with your fingers.
  • Bake the calzones for 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and salad.
