Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into small dice. Cook them with the coral lentils in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Peel and chop the shallots and garlic. Mix everything with the potatoes and drained lentils
Beat the egg with all the spices in a bowl. Add the cornstarch then the vegetable puree and mix well. Add salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Take small heaps of the lentil preparation and place them in the pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side

Ideal to replace a minced steak in a burger
