Ingredients
  

  • pepper
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g of various cheeses
  • 25 cl cream
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix cheeses together and add all ingredients.
  • Place in pie shell.
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes at Th 6 (180°C)
