Vegetarian calzone
Ingredients
- 2 pizza dough
- 200 g spinach shoots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g de parmesan râpé
- 6 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 200 g Ricotta
Instructions
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and spinach shoots and cook for 10 minutes, stirring well.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well. Remove from heat. And add the ricotta
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface and cut it in half.
- Spread the tomato paste on the pastry discs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Spread the spinach mixture.
- Close the calzone by folding one edge of the dough over the other and sealing the edges with your fingers.
- Bake the calzones for 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and salad.
