Tomato leek tart
Ingredients
- 2 Leeks
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Shortcrust pastry
- 3 Eggs
- 30 cl Double cream
Instructions
- Cut the leeks in small pieces, fry them in a little olive oil, add the tomatoes cut in small pieces, mix eggs, cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
- Gather your preparations and pour them onto your buttery shortcrust pastry. Bake for 30 minutes at 210°C

Serve with a salad and nuts.
