Apple yogurt cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Natural yogurt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 60 g vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Butter a springform pan. Peel the apple. Remove the core and seeds. Cut it into quarters and then into strips.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs. Beat the egg whites. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. You can use the jar to measure the amount of other ingredients. In this case, you need 3x flour, 2x sugar and 1/2x oil per yoghurt.
  • Otherwise weigh and add the egg yolks, flour, baking powder, sugar and oil. Mix vigorously. Incorporate the egg whites. Pour half of the batter into the mold. Sprinkle with apple slices. Add the rest of the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
